This book was a team effort beginning in late 2003 / early 2004, and continuing through 2008. This book was a collaboration between many members, but main contributors who spear headed this effort and provided significant content and effort were: Janice Buslik, Dan Liberacki, Sidney Czynski, Rosemary Aitken, Bud Furch, and Jim Donndelinger.
